Did he say that all religions were right?
Not every religion on Earth. But He did say that God had sent Prophets to several nations and peoples throughout human history.
Included in this is Christianity, Muslims, and Jews?
Yes, and the Hindus, Buddhists, and Zoroastrians. I've heard a group called the Sabeans is also included.

Forgive me for butting in on your conversation.
I am very interested in following this thread, but something really confused me a few pages back..

No, Islamic law is the 10 commandments.

Why do you call the 10 commandments Islamic law?

I think it was more of an Incosepcion on my part, I figured I had heard it called that before, but I am not sure, I will try and find out, anyway, I do not mean anything but the 10 commandments, and if I find out that they are not referred to as islamic law, I will indeed changed it.

I'm just confused as to why it would be called that.. Islamic religion doesn't even fully recognise the 10 commandments, though they do have similiar commandments in their Quran.

Who is Abdu'l-Baha?
Baha'u'llah's oldest Son. He was Baha'u'llah's chosen successor to the leadership of the Baha'i Faith after Baha'u'llah's death in 1892. 'Abdu'l-Baha is one of only two people authorized to give interpretations of Baha'u'llah's teachings that must be regarded (by us Baha'is) as official doctrine.

Yes. The teachings of Jesus are God's Word.

If you mean the prophets mentioned in the Bible, all of them.

Not just the bible, I mean all of them, Mohammad? The ones after Mohammad. So then you accept that at the time of Jesus, the 4 gospels that make up the NT are real, and complete truth?

Seeing as the 10 Commandments were written down in the 15th century before Christ, and the Muslim Calendar begins 622 years AFTER Christ, I don't think the Commandments could be considered to be Islamic in any way. I'm sure the founders of Islam were influenced by Jewish religious history, indeed the Koran draws heavily from this source, but the Ten Commandments are definitely a Jewish concept.

Peace

hey skeptical. how you going? baha'is are a cool bunch

Thank you very much.

I hope I got the spelling of that right. It's a tough one, I always learn the correct position of the apostrophe before a Studies of Religion test, or if I'm reading about the religion, then promptly forget how it's written soon after.

Yes, i do.

That is cool, I was really trying to get you to name them all, but if there is too many, I understand if you don't want to, should I just assume that you except all prophets?

Oh, okay. After Muhammad we believe God sent the Bab and Baha'u'llah.
We also accept twelve Shi'i Muslim Imams, starting with Muhammad's son-in-law Ali, as inspired, but not the (ten?) founders of the Sikh religion.

Is there anyone else you wanted to know about?

Yes, you did. And thank you for caring about it. There is someone who has known me for years and persistently mispronounces it, perhaps to show a lack of respect.

No worries mate.
