Discipline methods...

Hoping to start a bit of a discussion on methods of discipline. I guess I just want ideas of what works in your family, what doesn't, and any suggestions of good reading material to have a look at?

We typically use time out or taking priviliges away or adding chores...or spanking if all else fails.

I pretty much do what FaithPrevails does. Minus the time out (though I did use that when my kids were younger). I've found that removing privileges is by far the best method for our family.

And my teenager, I have to remind myself she's a teenager over and over and to stick with it!
