Wow, this is actually good. Metal is not my thing, but I like how this combines elements of punk.

Goes to show that not all metal has demonic themes, as there is such thing as Christian Metal. There are a subset of Christians who sadly think that rock, electronic dance music and synthesizers can not be used.

However, Psalm 149 says we can use instruments, so that means it is okay, and even encouraged to use guitars or anything else at our disposal to worship God.

Psalm 149:3 (NIV): "Let them praise his [God's] name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp."

That is a really cool version of "God of Wonders". It's pretty good, except my personal taste in metal vocals does not like it when the vocalist growls. I do enjoy the other vocalist in that video. His voice sounded really smooth and pleasant to hear.

Yeah, I do not like when the vocalist growls either (as it is too harsh), I like the smoother vocals, so we both have a similar taste.

Third Day is a good Christian band, and I remember having a CD with that song. Wow, 4 CD albums of Third Day, that is awesome. Do you like the Newsboys also? Another classic band from the 2000s, same with Selah and Passion. 2000s were a good time to be alive and grow up through.

I have enjoyed and been blessed by the Newsboys and also MercyMe for over 20 years. Both those bands have a lot of great songs. I still have a good collection of old cd's from them. I am glad that there's some men in your generation who still listen to MercyMe and the Newsboys.

Hey, young people can be old souls, my brother. Right now, I have to get ready for work, but maybe I can find some 1980s-2000s Christian playlist at work on my work headphones. Classics...
