God does not look like an Ape neither does His son Jesus neither do we look like apes in heaven and we were not created as apes. If the devil have twisted the human race somehow so be it but God created humans in His own image starting with Adam and Eve.

I’ve got a biology degree . Humans ARE apes . All of the great apes are family Hominidae. Once they sequenced the human genome in the late 90s the next one was the chimps. There had been an argument from the late 60s on, about changing the great ape and human family names to a single one . The two sequenced genomes were the defining moment . So yes humans are great apes not only because we said so but because our genes say so. Anatomically chimps and gorillas have more similar bodies (because of a similar lifestyle) but genetically humans and chimps are more closely related. The former family name, Pongidae, for the great apes is retired and no longer used.

Wrong. The first definitions were made by Linnaeus, who classified humans alongside the apes within the primates. This happened more than a century before Darwin published on evolution.

Creationist publications are famous for using confusing scientific terminology and for changing the meanings of established scientific terminology. They then use that to confuse people about the status of evolution within the internationally accepted,mainstream, life science, community. This includes biology paleontology geology biogeography anatomy biochemistry genetics etc . Consensus in the scientific community means that all of the evidence points to one place. It doesn’t mean that we sat around a coffee table and agreed to say the same stupid thing.

Essentialsaltes is correct Linnaeus did place apes originally in genus Homo because they were originally thought to be defective humans . They were removed because the Victorians disliked the idea of animals being in genus Homo with us.

It's not a "conclusion" it's a definition, a man made category like all the rest of of biological taxonomy.

I believe that God created humans and all life on Earth through His natural processes. I believe that ID is a base attempt to corrupt our understanding of those processes in aid of a right-wing political agenda.
