did George Younce die?

Has anyone heard if George Younce died? He sang with the Cathedrial Quartet for years and sang on Bill Gaither Homecoming videos some, too.

Yes, he did. George went to be the the Lord on April 11, 2005.

He was the best singer in Southern Gospel Music. I will truly miss him.

It is so sad to see a lot of the great old singers passing on. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
