Diablo 2

Do any of you play Diablo 2? My friend spent years trying to get me to play, and now I finally started. Look me up online sometime, screen name Scorcher505 player Arramis or Ralas. Kinda stopped being Ralas though, so if I am on it will be Arramis. I actually need some help getting some gear if you play so anyone wants to help it is welcome

I never really got into playing online but I play singleplayer sometimes. If I'm ever on, I'll look for you, though.

Diablo got kinda old after a while. Especially when everyboddy started hacking.

Diablo is a great game if you play with people you know who will play fair. If you play with random people on there, it's not all that great because everyone is duping items, hacking their stats, and rendering the entire adventure idea pretty much useless.

Yeah there are a lot of hackers online, but it is still fun to me

Diablo2's very addicting, just to let you know. I have probably killed Mephisto over a thousand times, haven't played it in over a year, though.

Recently found it while looting through my closet and played a bit of it since it's really the only game I can play on this rusted junk that is being called a computer nowadays.

Very fun, simple, game. It's not going to give you the deep experience many other games do, but it serves its purpose.

I'd say it's an incredible game. I don't know why but it is very very fun, I think its the randomness. Heh its the game that taught me to type (had to learn to type to keep up online). I played realm because supposedly hacking was less common. The open servers were crazy. And so was SP because I couldn't resist the draw to cheating and then the game gets dumb. But I still enjoy that game. One of the classics. On my top 10 games for sure.

I have never played the first one, but the second one is easy when you get the right gear and have the right build. Paladins for the win!

A paladin, can't go wrong with that. "Charge" used to be great in pvp play, "thorns" always disappointed me late in the game.

And "smite", liked the name. Barbs were a dime a dozen, necros caused lag back then with their minions, the amazon, too weak at bosses, the sorc needed to be tweaked too much.

I might go back to D2 one day myself.

I quite enjoyed Diablo 2 back when I used to play it.

Lord of Destruction was best.
I annoyed many people by getting the upper hand with my polearm-wielding Amazon.

Hammerdins now rule the realm. They are amazingly overpowered. They are the only chars that can really do Hell difficulty by themselves, except for maybe Sorceresses. Trapssassins might be able to pull it off too.

If you decide to go back and play D2, patch to at least 1.10 to get the synergy talents. I miss playing Druid and my old Jabazon. Latest patch: 1.11b
Anyone remember fighting Diablo the first time and you were like "he looks reallly strong but i think I can take him," then he zaps you with a thousand bolts of demonic lightning. And you die before you can even take a potion.

I play Diablo 2 WAY too much. Diablo is boring. I just got the LOD Expansion and now I'm addicted all over again. Don't go online much. I have about 25 different characters.
