Deviant Art Account and New Camera?

Hey everyone! Hope you all are well.
I'm definitely not trying to be self promoting, I was just wondering if anyone had a deviantart account? If so... share, please! =)

My username is Sarah-15.
A lot of it is photography, but there is some poetry.


As for a new camera... I'm really wanting one and I was wondering what anyone would recommend. I've been look a lot at the Canon XTI. So, any input would be great!

Very nice choice for a new camera - seems similar to the EOS 450D - another one you might have looked at, its great when you add a twin lens kit to it. Works beautifully.

Your deviant account looks good too though - some really nice shots on it.

Hi Sarah,

I checked out your gallery too. A good start, specially if you're working with a point & shoot. One I really liked had a strong DOF shooting downward from the top of a guitar.

As a Canon fan and user myself, I say the XTI is a good start. I personally have an XT and it's taken some great images for me, including using it for 4 weddings. Simply having complete control over your settings can make a world of difference, having changable lenses is even better.

i'm a Cannon fan to. though mine is a point and shoot (Cannon power shot IS something lol) i love it!

I heard those take fairly good pictures. =) Canon so far seems to have the best cameras.

yeah Cannon and Nikon are the top performers. i really like mine cuz the screen can flip out to the side so i can have my camera upsidedown even and still see what it's shooting

Is there an issue with copyright with an deviant art account? That is what worries me the most with sites like these
