Hey all
Have posted here once before, and the problem is back. I have depression and am currently in the process of changing over antidepressants which requires a period of no antidepressant.
Without antidepressants, of course my mood drops, and as a result of the mood drop, my appetite just dissapers totally. Its hard to describe, its not that I am intending to not eat, however find myself getting to seven pm at night and realise that I havent eaten all day.
Am trying really hard to make myself eat, the one good thing is that I am working alot at the moment and end up eating with my clients its easier to eat when I have to prepare meals for other people.
If I were my own client, I would tell me that even though I dont feel like eating i need to eat small things, however its easier to give advice than take it and while I know I need to do something and about all the issues that come with not eating, including the postural hypo tension and all that.
The question is, suggestions of things that are easy to prepare, and healthy, in the past when the depressions been really bad have resorted to much processed food which just didnt help
