The Protestant church has also committed murders in its history, in Anglican England, Calvinist Switzerland, Puritan America, etc. I highly respect those Protestant churches which have repented of their sordid pasts and apologized.
I've never seen an apologize by an official protestant church for the past murders.
Probably it is my fault that I did not noticed them, but i looked in internet to find official apologizes of the Church of England towards Irish catholics, or any apologize by any calvinist-presbiterian, and I've founded nothing. Please give me your sources for any protestant official apologize.

Yes, here are a few examples of apologies:

I think that there ought to be more than this. It is appalling to me that there is not some formal statement of apology on the major web sites of Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox churches. All three branches of the Christian church are responsible for grievous sins. The churches are the saved, not the Savior. I thank God for his mercy on the Christian Church.

You are right. I should have clarified that where the apostles speak plainly, the churches tend to agree. They only tend to disagree when they focus on those statements that are not crystal clear. Tongues, for instance, are not crystal clear in scripture, and one of the biggest topics of division today.

Unity? Yes, I think of Ephesians 4:3. Unity is in the bond of peace, not doctrinal uniformity.
