Let's just get it all out on Front Street.
The terms curse, shadow, and demon were used.
It was released on 5/31.
The evil force was attached for four years (a guess)
The release was unexpected and was definitely bad.
The sadness was released, but a great awareness of evil also occurred.
Evil was not understood until that night.
Now, the questions are now:
If this force was with me for four years, does that impact the trials?
Is there anything I need to know?
Could I have another one and not know it?

Thank you
Pam in Cincinnati

Usually you will know if you have a spirit oppressing you: you'll have irrational fears and compulsions, things that you know just don't 'click'

You need to pray for protection....the enemy will try to attack you since you recently gave him the boot. The way demons usually enter is through sin or being sinned against. I'm not saying if you sin you will automatically become demonized, i'm just saying that thier entry points. Check out Ephesians chapter 6 about the armour of God and remember that He has authority over all even those lil' demons. Grow strong in your relationship with God and you'll be able to battle spiritual warfare more effectively.

When you do that, invoke the name of Jesus. They hate that. There's also praying aloud to Jesus, and worshipping Him in song. When they try to disrput that, sing louder, prouder and stronger.

Read your Bible, pray with other Christians regularly. Learn the truth of God, and have strong brothers and sisters in Christ to help guide you, and pray for you whenever you may need it.

Your heart is now a home for the Holy Spirit and Jesus owns you now (1 Cor 6:19-20). Anything getting to you would have to get past Him and you can always call on Him for help. He is faithful to answer.
