Democrat Platform?

Perhaps some of the Democrats here can enlighten me. Is it odd that the Democrats still don't have a published platform on their website 2 weeks after the conclusion of the DNC? I've been checking each day and as of this posting, the platform link still takes me to their 2020 platform. Any idea when an updated platform will be posted?

Why does the Democrat platform (linked above) state the following in its preamble?

President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats are running to finish the job.​

Are they unaware that Biden isn't running? The word "Biden" appears 287 times while "Harris" appears only 32 times.

I know what you mean. Not to get too far off topic, but...

It's the wildest thing. You could have been born in Texas, thrown over the Red River in the first five minutes of your life to live the rest of your days in Oklahoma, and you would still be a "Texan." But if you were born in Oklahoma, were thrown over the Red River in the first five minutes of your life to live the rest of your days in Texas, you would not be a "Texan." It's a different world down there.

Interesting. Apparently Harris is fighting for "a new way forward". That would seem to imply that her current boss maybe has been headed the wrong way, since he's been in charge for the last 4 years. Oh, but she's part of that administration too. Who knew there was such disagreement between Biden and Harris. If only Harris had been in charge instead of Biden, everything would be dandy.

This is an odd campaign. Talking about how the Democrats will fix everything if Harris is elected, while completely ignoring that Democrats have held the highest office in the land for the last 4 years.
