Bethink thee of the leaders of the Children of Israel after Moses, how they said unto a Prophet whom they had: Set up for us a king and we will Fight in Allahs way. He said: Would ye then refrain from Fighting if Fighting were prescribed for you? They said: Why should we not Fight in Allahs way when we have been driven from our dwellings with our children? Yet, when Fighting was prescribed for them, they turned away, all save a few of them. Allah is Aware of evil doers.
Here the Quran recognizes Israel as a state after Moses. It also implies that Allah wants you to fight when: been driven from our dwellings with our children.

And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved of old. Allah [himself] fighteth against them. How perverse are they!
Here we see Muhammad could clearly not define between son of God & Son of God. If Muhammad was infact a Prophet, that was to succeed Isa, then he would have known [by God] the difference, but here Muhammad shows his utter ignorance of the Scriptures and not only that, but later coincidentally accuses Jews and Christians of perverting Scripture. Perhaps because it was to codec for him?

Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 62
Lo! Those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabaeans whoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
Here is clearly states that those who believe whether Jew, Christian or Sabaeans that believe in God and the Last Day [Judgment day will get their reward. The Reward is Paradise.

And the Jews say the Christians follow nothing [true], and the Christians say the Jews follow nothing [true]; yet both are readers of the Scripture. Even thus speak those who know not. Allah will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they differ.
Muhammad clearly states here we both use the same scripture. Since when did the Jews follow the New Testament? Also Christians do not say the Jews following nothing. For the Israelites [Jews] were Chosen by God to bear His first revelations. Christians recognize this, the Church recognizes this, loves this and loves the Jewish people. However the Jews recognize we follow the Tanakh, but in our own way, we both have different interpretations but still we respect and know that we both use the same Scripture, and we [Christians] know the Jews do hold the truth [Messanic Prophecy in the Tanakh], its the interpretation that misleads.

And the Jews will not be pleased with thee, nor will the Christians, till thou follow their creed. Say: Lo! The guidance of Allah [himself] is Guidence. And if thou shouldst follow their desires after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, then wouldst thou, have from Allah no protecting friend nor helper.
Muhammad or God, none is specified says that the Jews will not be pleased if the Christians do not follow their laws and creed. Judaism was never a religion in which they tried to convert, the laws of Judaism, even forbid the marriage to gentiles as not to lose the Jewish ness, so how could Jewry be not happy until Christians came to their creed?

And they say: Be Jews of Christians, then ye will be rightly guided. Say [unto them, O Muhammad]: Nay, but [we follow] the religion of Abraham, the upright, and he was not of the idolaters.
Jews do not force there religion on anyone, if Muhammad was in fact a Prophet of the Lord, then the Lord would have revealed this to him [Muhammad], but it seems God of Islam, let this slide. Also here Allah says that, [we follow] Muslims, the religion of Abraham, if so, then why was Abraham not recognized before Muhammads so called revelations? Also God didnt promise to make a covenant with Ishmael, the supposed founder of the Arabs. Although He did choose Isaac [Abrahams Son], and He promised to make a great nation and people, the Israelites, the Jews, the House of Israel, which lead to the Messiah, Jesu Christi.

Or say ye that Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the tribes were Jews or Christians? Say: Do ye know best, or doth Allah? And who is more unjust than he who hideth a testimony which he hath received from Allah? Allah is not unaware of what ye do.
There were Christian tribes around the times of Abraham, Ishmael, and Jacob? Muhammad or God whoever is speaking this, seems to be lacking in historical understanding.

The Jews and Christians say: We are sons of Allah and His loved ones. Say; Why then doth he chastise you for your sins? Nay, ye are but mortals of His creating. He forgiveth whom He will, and chastiseth who He will. Allahs is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and unto Him is the journeying.
Either this is God or Muhammad, its hard to tell, since there is no adoption of person, but anyways here again Muhammad or God, cannot seem to understand the previous revelations and what they mean. Children of God, means a child of God, created from the Father through the act of relations. Did not God create man and woman? Therefore we are His children. Quite simple when you use common sense, Christian doctrine, and the Bible. But who needs that when youre a Prophet?

O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is [one] of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk.
As we know Christ came on earth [apart from salvation] to bring us as one. He came and stopped the class system of Jew, gentile, and made us one with the Lord, but as we see here, Muhammad not only has ignored Isa, but gone back 2300 years earlier. Muhammad or God[?] here destroyed that barrier with Christ, but now retains it again in Islam. Why?
