Hi everyone, I would greatly appreciate your prayers- I have a severe mental illness and brain disease called schizophrenia. I am on some very powerful medication for it that helps me alot, however about 1 year ago it stopped working and I have been going steadily downhill ever since, lately I have been deathly ill, profoundly ill, I am nearly screaming in pain, there is nothing medical science can do for me, I need a miracle. I believe I have a condition called metabolic syndrome that causes my meds to stop working, it is something wrong with your hormones and blood sugar, but I am not sure what exactly is causing this. I desperately need a miracle healing of schizophrenia or that the meds start working again. Please pray for a miracle! Thank you!

I would recommend looking into changing your diet. I also have a schizoid disability. I have schizoaffective disorder. I don't know this firsthand, since my meds work fine for me, but I have heard that, often, schizophrenia is caused by gut problems. I would recommend looking into it at least since you have nothing to lose.

Father in heaven in Jesus' name I pray for rescue for Dave . I pray that you would create what your Word calls "A wall of fire" around him. May the Lord bless you and keep you - Dave

2 Chron 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD roam to and fro over all the earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully devoted to Him.

God sees you . Lord God I pray that you will be Dave's helper. Guide him close to your side in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ who is the "Way the Truth and the Life" in John 14 and calls us all to have a "Love of the Truth" in 2 Thess 2 that we might not perish.

Dear Lord,
Please help Dave with this horrible life-threatening problem. Please help the doctors who are treating Dave to figure out what is going wrong with his medication and save his life. I pray for Your comfort and mercy for Dave, as he is in pain.

I too add my prayer with the others for God's supernatural intervention upon your failing body and mind. Meanwhile, the only real comfort I find to such a situation is one I shared regularly with my best friend who suffered for years before passing away recently: 2nd Cor 4:16-18.

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."

Yes, hope and pray for the best now, but as we all decline with age and health problems, our best comfort comes in knowing what lies ahead for the saved Christian - a glorious new body, life, and world to look forward to

You poor soul... I only know one person who has it (I'm not sure how common it is, to be honest), but may God be with you and protect you from this terrible mental illness.
