Dean Koontz - the Taking

Ive just recently read this book.

I thought it was really good though predictable. After over half way through i suspected what it was about, and at the end found i was right.

So who has read this? what do you think? esp if your a christian.

I was actually impressed by the way he carried it about.

It took a little while to get going, and the sexual imagery was a little gross, but otherwise it was OK.

Yeah they always are, but his Frankenstein series is the worse for that (the sexual imagary - i find a bit Stephen King is worse though)

Im just wondering what christians think of the theme though, What its about. Such a popular subject among christians nowadays (well, always).

I loved the book. Equated it with spiritual warfare.

Really? I equated it with the rapture!

Yeah i can see what you mean, but it speaks tons off end times scenario, just a different slant on it.

I loved that book even though it was slightly predictable half way through it.
