It's this game that has absoloutely nothing to do with dancing, but it's a lot of fun anyway. Anyway, there's these little arrows and you have to step on them and it's really hard to explain.

Very fun game, amusing to watch other people play; especially when those other people are grown men .

oh!dont get me started!i love that game!its the best!i have ddr ddr2 & ddr extream 4 ps2.ah man!we play it alot!lost 20 some lbs on it!u lose whieght & get excersize but dont even no it!its soooooooooooo much fun!im ganna go play!c yall latur!

It actually does develop the same skills if played long enough as dnace. You can even develop some rhythym if you sort of subconsciouscly put together steps with the music

But just because you're good at dancing doesn't mean your good at ddr. Just ask my best friend. She's an AMAZING dancer, but stinks at ddr.

Okay, perhaps I'm a bit old for this thread but...

I just ordered DDRMAX2 on ebay and can't wait to get it. I've watched kids doing it in arcades but wouldn't dare try doing it in public!

ahh, i cant keep up with the thing, my mind and feet run on two different levels, doh. Im a good dancer, but cant do that worth anything.

DDR is lots of fun! I'm not good at it at all. . .but it's still fun. I've been told I'm a good dancer, though, so obviously those two things have nothing in common, really.

that song though enough on ultra mixx 2 is weird it has no beat at all and yeah the freeze arrows are kool


its funni though me and my friend used 2 go 2 celebration station 2 play and theres always the same five guys there but now i have it 4 xbox and she has it for ps2 i miss our buddies

Well, I was just saying that DDR helps the whole process of developing rhythym and moving to a beat. I was a pretty good dancer before but it still helped me listen to the beat and just sort of get a better feel to the music. Anyone here know how to get hard pads for the xbox? Those soft ones really get on my nerves.
