CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey sis I cant believe you posted that about Darlene Zscheck. I love her singing. You have to change your profile It's almost like mine. I am so tired of the twin thing same thing all the time I would like to be different.

I absolutely love Darlene Zschech! She's my role model and her songs have a special place in my heart. They're the kind of songs with a message that I've always wanted to say to the Lord but couldn't find the right words.
And I'm so excited because I'll be seeing her this weekend at a women's conference called Godchicks. I haven't seen her since the You Are My World tour.

When was that Godchicks tour. I only have her cds. My sister and I anyway. I love Darlene singing too. I like Worthy Is the Lamb have you heard of that one before?

Godchicks is actually a women's conference started by the Oasis Christian Center.
The You Are My World tour (I was still living in the Philippines back then) was over three years ago, I think.
Yeah, Worthy is the Lamb is an awesome song. I love singing that with the praise team. I also like Everything about you, the song in her Kiss of Heaven CD which she wrote for her husband, Mark.

I went to the hillsong church in Sydney and I met her after church in the carpark. She was so sweet and gave me a hug. I told her she has Inspired my walk with God through her music.

I just met Darlene a while ago at the Godchicks conference... Wow... It was so awesome. I promised myself I wouldn't cry when I told her how God used her music to bring me back to him... But I couldn't help it...

such a great talent that was given to her by God... and we are all blessed by how she has used that talent to glorify the Lord and through that music, as cliche as it sounds... but a lot have been touched and moved by it. I for one was also inspired.. continue to be inspired.
