Dad is very ill

Please pray for my Dad. He was taken into hospital early yesterday morning with a heart attack but he seemed to be on the mend but today he had another and the doctors don't know if he's going to make it or not. I spoke to him about Jesus and told him to pray the sinner's prayer (I said he could pray it in his mind as he was pretty tired with the effects of the morphine. I asked him if he had said it and he said "yes" but I'm not sure if he was just saying that to please me but pray if he is not saved that he will be before he passes away whether now or later

Heavenly Father, surround Chococat with your everlasting arms and grace her with the peace that You, alone, can give. Hear her prayers for her mom and dad. Bless her with loved ones and friends to lift her burdens and comfort her in this great time of need. I ask this in Jesus' Name. Amen

Acts 16:31 "They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household."

If one person in your family is saved God will see to it your whole family gets saved. Jesus will make Himself known to them before their time on Earth is done.

I'm sorry Chococat and will pray for your dad and you. I've gone through this and know how hard it is. Thankfully, we have the Lord to lean on and help us. I've worked with a lot of folks who were critically ill and dying and have found that for many, it is a time of reckoning for them (and us). I'm going to go forward in faith and accept that he did ask Jesus to be his Lord and savior.
