Bragg says Trump's crimes and 'history of malicious conduct' are too serious for his hush-money case to be dismissed
Trump is too guilty, and his history of flouting the law too serious, for his only conviction to be tossed, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is arguing.

So far, the DA in Trump's hush money case, will not dismiss the case.
The reasons are the overwhelming evidence in the case, and Trump's
clear malicious behavior I(including against the DA, and his family).
It is unclear whether sentencing will be delayed to the end of Trump's
presidency.
