Creflo Dollar

Hi all,

I was wondering what everyone thinks about Creflo Dollar. I watched him yesterday and have only seen him on TV a few times.

Yesterday he talked about how people think we're in the end times, but he said it's gonna be a while because Jesus is coming back for a glorious Bride, not one that is weak. He said that Christians are going to be put in positions of power, especially politically, before Jesus returns.

What do you guys think?

according to the Word we're also going to be persecuted before He gets back. We are going to have to endure till the end, whenever the end is, and Jesus said to make sure we are about His business at all times, not just when we think He might show up. Don't get me wrong, I love Creflos teaching, watch him often, but personally I think we should focus more on what God wants from us individually.

I've also enjoyed many of his teachings. I watched a show, once, where he sat with his wife and answered some touchy, touchy questions sent in by t.v. watchin' folks...they were..well...touchy


IMO he spoke scriptural truth to each one...very little personal 'theories'.....
They live near me and I just saw their house for the first time recently. Not very ostentatious at all...but there was a big ol' fence around it....(assuming my information was correct)

Hmmm....wait a minute....years ago, in another town, I played on a tennis team in his neighborhood....Then I moved away...and here he is again! I think Creflo Dollar is following me!

I've got it! A new reality show! Have a famous preacher stay at your house for one week....follow you around, watch tv with you...listen to your phone calls.....be your special guest at your small group ("Everybody...say 'hey' to Creflo....")

Ok....who would you have be your 'guest' and what would you call the show? I think I would have Joyce Meyer come and I could lay out all my outfits for her to color coordinate earrings with....."Hmmm....the pearl studs would look nice with the Nascar t-shirt and overalls..."

My son works nights and gets home about 4am. He absolutely loves Creflo more than any of the other American preachers on early morning Aussie TV.

I was up a couple of times - due to this forum! - and saw it with my son, and I felt very comfortable with everything he was saying - much of it was things I had read on the forum - so he was certainly speaking in agreement with much that is said here.

Most days, Luke would tell me what Creflo had said, and I couldn't find any reason to question his teaching, and Luke was certainly blessed by it.

Can I ask though - do they make up their names? Creflo and Taffy?

Well , I disagree that the bride is weak .

The only times that I have heard and watched CD was with KH . I couldn't tell much difference between their thoughts on a subject . However , I am no longer able to watch more than 5 minutes of KH before I find the need to turn the channel or turn the TV off . It usually doesn't take that long before something is said that I find ... strange ( being politically correct on that one ) .

i just hope and pray creflo...doesn't pursue his namesake ( dollar's ) like most money hungry grabbing. false prosperity teacher's do nowadays !!

hebrews 13:5 this is for all your prosperity loving preachers ...so listen-up and read this " let your conversation be with-out covetousness, and be content with such things as you have:

i timothy 6: 6-8 another verse prosperity teacher's would hate " but godliness with contentment is great gain !

for we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

and having food and clothing let us be therfore be content !!

ouch....gotta ya...just busted up and exposed another prosperity teacher's lies and deceitful ways !!!!!!!!!!
