I don't think the word "false" means what you think it means. The words "true" and "false" don't really apply to your opinions since these words are intended (in the context you attempted to use them) to say something about objective reality.

Also, don't you think it undermines your religion and your faith to go around labeling things you don't like or agree with as being a religion and/or faith-based? Why do the religious do this? It doesn't anger me or upset me when the religious call evolution (or science more generally) a religion, it just confuses me because it appears to be an admission that a religious position is an inherently weak position when compared to a scientific one.

I like this definition of "religion:"

Just as weight occurs when gravity is resisted, religion occurs when the Bible is resisted.

It's not like people have sex and that results in the fertilization of a woman's egg which results in an embryo and the development into a human infant. That'd be crazy talk. God just makes a new person, and after mommy and daddy have a long hug a baby just appears in the womb.

THE creation is different from what may be created after. THE creation event was a specific week, where specific things were created in order, and in a certain way.

No, creation week tells exactly how Adam and Eve and the animals got here. If 'by the details' you mean what scientific means were used, well that is silly. Firstly it is above our pay grade, and secondly no one says science was at all involved or even existed in creation week.

When our opinions sit firmly on the rock of Christ and His word, then true and false are a matter of our opinion in most cases!

I have no religion, and my beliefs cannot be undermined. It is a fact that the so called sciences dealing with origins are pure religion and belief only.

Why do the religious do this? It doesn't anger me or upset me when the religious call evolution (or science more generally) a religion, it just confuses me because it appears to be an admission that a religious position is an inherently weak position when compared to a scientific one.

The fact that life now evolves somewhat now is not what we mean by 'evolution' generally. When people talk about evolution it comes with baggage...like the belief we share ancestors with worms, etc etc etc.

You are using the word "opinion" in a very odd way too. Do you think there is a possibility that your opinions are incorrect? If not, how do you determine that your opinions are equivalent with objective truths?

I don't know what you are intending here other than another attempt to label something you disagree with as a religion. Another apparent admission that religion is weak when compared to non-religious opinions?
