Great Holiday Cookies! They Kids will love them ! 
1 Cup of butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 large egg
2 tea spoons Baking powder
1 tea spoon Vanilla
2 3/4 Cups of flour
mix Sugar and butter first then add egg and vanilla then flour 1 cup at a time. Then baking Powder. Roll out then cut with cookie cutters!
Bake at 350* until slightly brown around sides About 10 min.
