Converting crocheting patterns to knitting patterns

Hi all,

Im new to the forum. I hope everyone is having a great and bless week. I have been knitting for about 4yrs now and I love to knit baby stuff. I love the crochet patterns I just don't know how to do it. I've seen crochet patterns for baby clothes and I would love to make them, I just don't know how to convert the pattern. Anybody knows how to do this?

You can type into search converting crochet to knitting or the other way around.

But, it's tough to convert the two. I have been crocheting all my life and have only found a few patterns that you could convert.
