There is more of a Muslim Brotherhood/ terrorist Democrat conspiracy. But that makes it seem difficult to construct some kind of Democrat/Nazi conspiracy, doesn't it?
Is B.D.S. Anti-Semitic? A Closer Look at the Boycott Israel Campaign
"Modeled on the fight against the apartheid regime in South Africa, it calls for countries, businesses and universities to sever ties with Israel unless it meets three demands:
• Ending its occupation of all land captured in 1967 and dismantling the wall and fence that separate Israel from much of the West Bank, dividing many Palestinian neighborhoods.
Granting “full equality” to Palestinian citizens of Israel.
• Assuring the right of Palestinian refugees and their descendants to return to the homes and properties from which they or their ancestors were displaced in the wars that led to the establishment of Israel in 1948
Seems a little extreme doesn't it? These "policy changes" amount to the complete destruction of Israel.
In an interview, Omar Barghouti, a top B.D.S. spokesman, called the Israeli laws racist and exclusionary. A democratic state could still provide asylum for Jewish refugees, showing “some sensitivity to the Jewish experience,” he said, “but it cannot be a racist law that says only Jews benefit.” Asked if that means Jews cannot have their own state, he said, “Not in Palestine.”
Omar is more than a spokesman....he's the founder of BDS. He's not calling for "policy changes"....he's calling for the destruction of Israel and the return of all their land to Palestinians. He thinks the Jewish people should be allowed to stay as refugees if the Palestinians want to let them.
Let's call a spade a spade here....BDS supports the annihilation of Israel. I for one am glad our Congress has the sense to not support another holocaust.
I don't like BDS but I refuse to see their rights condemned or taken away. The secret to free speech is that you have to support speech you don't like, otherwise you don't support free speech.
They are, as of now, nonviolently attempting to change policies.
You know the idiots that marched around Charlottesville chanting "Jew will not replace us"?
I support their right to do that.
Even if I think they are idiots with a message of stupidity and hate.
Great news!
So, I could say that the House is using psychological warfare to destroy BDS then. Fair is fair. I don't think it's right for the government to attempt to put that kind of pressure on a non-violent political movement.I'm sorry....did I miss something from the OP? It looks like they condemned BDS, I didn't see the part where they took away anyone's rights.
"The House, brushing aside Democratic voices of dissent over American policy in the Middle East, on Tuesday overwhelmingly passed a bipartisan resolution condemning the boycott-Israel movement as one that “promotes principles of collective guilt, mass punishment and group isolation, which are destructive of prospects for progress towards peace.”
They're attempting to use economic warfare to destroy Israel.
Yeah....they were universally condemned by everyone in Congress too. Individually, if I remember correctly....including the president.
I don't recall you getting upset about that.

I don't recall a thread on it that I participated in. I could be wrong. I don't think Congress should have used its power to condemn their right to protest. Now if they condemned the guy deciding to drive his car into folks and kill them, well, yes, that can be condemned.
The Congresspersons have a right to freely express their opinions too. They took no action to restrict any protest or any speech right. they merely expressed their opinion of a movement. You seem to me to be saying you would like to restrict the speech rights of Congresspersons to speak out in the US while arguing that Congresspersons ought to have a right to propagandize in a foreign country against that foreign country's interests.
Trump doesn't just say stuff that people don't agree with. He harasses, bullys and tries to encourage violence , hate and cheating. To get what he wants. For the same reason we need to take a vote in Congress to condemn the president if he says something that some in Congress don't agree with.
I've known many Conservatives Christians that were able to have safe abortions. Thanks to the abortion laws. The main reason I support abortions. Because I have family members that could have died from botched abortions. If abortions were illegal. There is more of a Muslim Brotherhood/ terrorist Democrat conspiracy.
Democrats receive funding from terrorists
Democrats support killing the unborn.

I thought you were for freedom of speech? Surely you think Congress is allowed to express their opinions?
Or do you also think it's wrong for Omar, Tlaib, and others to voice their support for BDS?
Also, stop with the whole "nonviolence" nonsense. There's no version of BDS that doesn't end in a lot of violence. The Jewish people won't be giving up their freedoms, self governance, or property without a fight. They've already done that once before....and it ended with them being hoarded onto trains and shipped into gas chambers .
Why one and not the other? I think it's important to know what our representatives support.
If I said I didnt think Congress should hold sessions wearing bra and panties, would you take away I don't think they are able to do it? You know what the word should means?
Trump doesn't just say stuff that people don't agree with. He harasses, bullys and tries to encourage violence , hate and cheating. To get what he wants.
How is that the same as supporting and voting for a party that is for abortion.I've known many Conservatives Christians that were able to have safe abortions. Thanks to the abortion laws. The main reason I support abortions. Because I have family members that could have died from botched abortions. If abortions were illegal.
I don't think Congress should have used its power to condemn their right to protest.
How is the first picture related? That is from 2015 before BDS was suggested.
I'm sure you know people, that had abortions. But they're not telling you. You could say you never had an abortion, or say nobody you had an abortion on the internet to try to make a point. How is that the same as supporting and voting for a party that is for abortion.
Plus, your saying you know people, well I don’t know those people. People on the internet will say whatever to make a point.

The condemnation was on BDS not the rights for a sitting Congresswoman to go to a foreign country and promote a platform designed to destroy a sovereign nation.
