Confessions and Catchetisms

I'd like to have a print copy of some of the popular confessions and catchetisms. A quick reference guide would be great; a book that includes general discussion on the subject would be even better. Point me to anything on Amazon?

If you're interested in a new Bible also, let me recommend the NIV Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible.

Included with the Scriptural text are: Heidelberg Catechism, Westminster Confession, Westminster Shorter Catechism, Belgic Confession, Canons of Dort, Westminster Larger Catechism.

Overall, it's probably much more economical to buy everything combined than individually.

If you want more than just the Reformed view, you might look at Creeds of the Christian Church. It has a bunch of them, with short intros. I find it very useful when studying catechisms in our Sunday School class, to be able to add to the discussion about the background, or about creeds that other denominiations use.

I recommend Arthur C. Cochrane's Reformed Confessions of the Sixteenth Century. The title's self-explanatory.

I know that it happened during 1536, but I don't know if exist any document of this reconciliation nor what were exactly the term of this concord...
