[Nightwing]

What comic book movies do you dislike/like and why?

I Like:

1) X2 - I'm a big fan of the X-Men comics and am pretty happy of how they adapted it onto the big screen. Bryan Singer is a great director and this film is better than the first.

2) X-Men - the first film based on the X-Men comics. Great cast and a good director make this worth the admission and the dvd price.

3) Batman - While this is distants itself from the comic books because of the change of Batman's origin and the character change, it is still a really good Burton movie and Michael Keaton rocked!

4) Hulk - Eric Bana's performance = impressive

5) Spider-man 2 - better than the mediocre first, which was too campy

6) Blade I and II

I didn't like:

1) Catwoman
2) Batman and Robin
3) LXG
4) Daredevil
5) Spider-man

i didnt like catwoman either! as far as the comic ~book movies that i have liked ~~ just spiderman.the effects were fabtabulous!!! toby is cute as spiderman yes,yes,yes..

I saw The Punisher (not the dreadful first one with Dolph Lundgren) and thought it was pretty good.

I liked the first Batman movie (so dark and wonderful. ), Spiderman 1 and 2 were really good, and Spawn was great.

Good Conversions from Comic Book to movie::

Punisher; Batman 1 and 2; X-men 1 and 2; Spider-man 1 and 2; Spawn; Blade 1, 2 and 3.

Bad Conversions From comic book to movie::

DareDevil, Hulk (it was decent but i still dont like it!), Batman 3 and 4 (what happened to Gotham City?? it looks like its the year 3000!)!

Worse Movie Ever Conceived!!

CATWOMAN!!!! why..why would you try to do this ??!? A batman villain as a superhero?? i dont ever remember that anywhere!!

the new batman looks good - might just put him back as my fave super-hero (1 & 2:good. 3&4: bad)
Superman doesn't need to be re-made.
I didn't think the Fantastic Four was going to be good but the trailer is promising.
Spiderman 2 was better than 1.
haven't watched blade or spawn.
what's the difference between a graphic novel and a comic book?
(no this isn't a joke, I don't get into them so I really don't know).

I liked:

1) Batman. I thought Micheal Keaton and Jack Nicholson did an AMAZING job at capturing the personailites of the characters. It was simply amazing.
2) Spiderman 1 & 2
3) X-Men 1 & 2
4) The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
5) Hellboy
6) Blade 1, 2 and 3


I disliked:

1) Catwoman - HORRID movie. They never should have made it. What was Halle Berry thinking?
2) Hulk
3)Daredevil
4) Electra

I loved Spawn, Spiderman 1 and 2, Batman, Hellboy, Constantine, and undoubtedly I'll love Sin City.

Don't be fooled by the title, fellow Christians. Hellboy is "Here to protect" as the tagline tells. Really a fun character. Awesome effects and action. Nice humor.

Road to Perdition (adapted from a graphic novel, but in Hollywood tradition, it strayed from the original which was more violent and the kid actually kills some guys)
American Splendor
Spiderman 2
X-Men
X2
and Batman, the Tim Burton one.

Dislike:
the rest, specially Daredevil and Hulk and I won't even bother to watch Elektra.

and I'll be first in line to see IRONMAN...sadly, it's just being written
I read somewhere THE WATCHMEN is being cast, and John Cusak signed for the role of Nite Owl.
