College Libraries...

anyone else like theirs? I love mine. Its just a community college, but i think the library is awesome. It has to have at least 30 computers in it, many books, tables and couches to chill on. i think it might have internet hook-ups if u have a laptop, and it has tons of subscriptions to different types of magazines- even a couple christian ones. Not to mention its fairly quiet there (though that is usually obvious). Anyone else like their college library if they have one?

I like mine...the only thing is that it doesn't have a lot of leisurely reading books, but I suspect a lot of college libraries don't. But yeah, mine's pretty cool.

I dislike my university's library. For one thing, it is housed in several buildings that are not close together. Each of those buildings is several floors high. The bookshelves are spaced really close together - so close that an average person wearing a backpack could just barely squeeze in there, and there's no hope of getting past another person. I avoid going to the library as much as possible.

I love my library! It's so big, and there are books on just about every subject, plus newpapers and magazines. I love to read, so it's awesome.
There are lots of places to study too, both in groups and individually.
There are two big computer labs too, which is nice.

Meh. It's alright but it needs to update it's book. We have books from the 60s and most professors don't want references more than 5-10 years old.

I like my library lots of computers, chairs, tables and I think theres some books somewhere in there but I just stay on the computers to use the internet...always interesting to check the browser history to see where other people have been online! Especially on the computer in the corner where no one sees what your doing.. *shudder*

I like my uni's library...about 12 million books so research isn't too too bad

I do enjoy my schools library also. It has provided to be a huge help for many papers.

I like my schools library for the books that it has in it, but it could uses some new carrols and more comfortable chairs.
