This stuff is really good! My mom use to make it alot. It's pretty rich, but not over bearing.
Cold Fudge Cake:
3/4 Cup (1 1/2 stick) Melted Butter
1 1/2 Cup plain flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Divided into 1/2 cup each)
3 Cups cold Milk
2 Pkgs Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
12 oz Philedelphia Cream Cheese softened
1 Cup Powdered Suger
2 8 oz softened Cool Whip
Preheat Oven 350o
Mix in medium bowl, butter, flour, and 1/2 cup nuts press into 9X12 baking pan.
Bake 10-12 minutes untill firm crust. Let cool.
Mix mudding and milk till thickened and set aside
Combine cream cheese, powdered suger and 1 8 oz bowl cool whip. Mix well and then spread evenly over cooled crust. Spread evenly chocolate pudding over cream cheese mixture. Then spread evenly remaining bowl of softened cool whip. Then sprinkle with remaining chopped nuts. Cover and let sit in refrigerator 6 hours or over night.
