  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

If you've just bought your computer less than a year or two and you're new to the realm of computers/internet, you might just want to do yourself a favour by checking the rollers next to your mouse ball, they are 90 degrees perpendicular to each other. Reason is the dead skin gets collected there until it was half a centimeter thick! When I scraped the 'thing' out, it was like one long wafer of dead skin and it was GROSS! I would recommend periodic cleaning of your mouse to prevent such unpleasantries from coming up unexpectedly.

A little bit of rubbing alcohol on the cotton part of a Q-tip will help to loosen the gunk on the rollers. Most mouses (mice) have three rollers. Using the Q-tip and a fingernail, you'll get the gunk out of the way, and it will be smooth mousing!
