Oh, Happy days!! I have finally got a clean bill of health, and it feels great!!! for several months I have been in less than good health, but now I am healthy.

Here it is! For too many months, my "health" on CF has been "low", or well below 100% In fact, when I first started getting back into "shape" here, it was sitting around 21 % Does anyone know how many posts you have to make to go from down there to up here????

Well, I did it! and, it feels great!!!! Or, as Tony the T would say,

I believe the CF Health bar is explained here. I personally turned it off because I thought it was one of the more silly additions to the CF interface. There seems to be a strong RPG bent to many aspects of the interface, like this one.

Congratulations! What is "health" anyway? I've never really known what that was all about.

To attain 100% health you must make an average of 3 posts a day from when you first joined.

It was done I think to kind of prompt people to add and to post not just lurk.

And yeah there is a lot of RPG stuff around, I don't know for a fact but I bet Erwin digs RPG.
