Is anyone else loving Clay as much as I am? I know he's more of a secular artist, but he's so open about his faith. He also has some beautiful songs of praise (Go the Distance, In Not Of). Every time I see him, he just makes me love him that much more....so sweet and sincere. I really hope the secular music world doesn't change him.

Love, Heather

I like him a lot. Especially since he's from my homestate (North Carolina). I've talked to a handful of people who have meet him personally and they all said he deserved every bit of his success because he is just a wonderful person. Ya can't help but be happy for him.

It was so cool when they showed his first audition on TV. He was meek and a bit geeky, and humbly said, "Yeah, I coulda placed in the top ten last time", and all the judges laughed. Then he belted out his tune, and all the judges' jaws hit the floor. I was an instant fan!

Well, why does a Christian have to only sing Christian music? That's like saying that authors who are Christian should only write Bible based books (take fantasy authors for example). I don't think it's a requirement, personally, as long as they live their lives as Christians and don't try to hide their faith.

Just my opinion.

Love, Heather
