church in need

my church from back home is in need. it's a really small congregation- about 20 people show up every sunday. there used to be more members, but younger people looking for a church usually don't feel as invited and comfortable there. they lost their minister about two years ago and are now cycling through interims that are trying to rebuild. it's fairly poor, but the people there are dedicated- although most are unwilling to try anything new. i was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about how to get this church in the right direction?

Let me tell you from the standpoint of someone that has been in your shoes, and to a degree still is. Keep sharing the gospel, and get someone in the pulpit that will preach the gospel without reservation. One of the most suprising, yet not suprising ways God generates a spark in a church is new life, that is new believers.
So again, everyone needs to be committed to sharing the gospel as much as they possibly can outside of the walls of the church.
