It's amazing to me that the atheists and those wrongly quoting separation of church and state have such a problem with the term "Christmas Tree". Again historical revisionists have completely lost their sense of reality and historical fact. The american public simply follows along like a puppy behind its master.
The same people that are quite un-happy with religious term "Christmas Tree" seem to be very happy with the term "Holiday Tree". I cannot wait to see the reactions on their faces when they come to the wonderful realization that the word "Holidays" was also taken from the Christian world. It originally meant "Holy Days". They haven't even researched the term that they have decided to embrace.
I wonder what will happen when they are met face to face with the religious term they have decided to accept?
"Merry Christmas" is offensive but "Happy Holidays (Holy Days) is not.
Go figure!
