I like to make note of science Fiction movies or TV show episodes that deal with Christianity as an intregal part of the plot. Some years ago I'm sure I saw an hour long TV show called "The Star" based on a short story by
Arthur C. Clarke written in 1955. The episode deals with space explorer's who come upon a dead planet whose inhabitants were destroyed by a super nova. Turns out
the super nova was "The Star" of Bethlehem. A clergyman on board the spaceship had a hard time with that, at first.
It seems to my best memory that this was an episode of the "new" Outer Limits, however, I can find no listing of it.
Does anyone else remember ever seeing the TV show, and know who produced it?
Thanks & God Bless,
