It never ceases to amaze me how uninformed so many believers are in current affairs. For example, despite the media coverage, books, and DVD's, many are oblivious of the Rwanda genocide, the most efficient in history. Going your whole life with your heads in the sand, and I'm commanded to fellowship with you. No wonder the church is so ineffective. Of course, mind you, this makes me ungracious. I'm sorry.

And the State of Israel into the mix, with its wanton ethnicide of the Palestinians, which so, so many christians are totally unaware of, and here you have christians and the US activiely supporting such a state with huge sums of money, etc.

But people don't want to know about these terrible crimes and attrocities . . .

They want to believe that Israel is what they romatically suppose it to be, otherwise, they wouldn't be able to support it and remain true to Chrsitian moral values.

With this I TOTALLY agree, being married to a wonderful man who grew up in the Palestinian Occupied Territories, witnessing first hand the injustices done to the indigenous people of the land. I thank God daily for bringing this man into my life or I may have continued to be ignorant myself. The daily, documented, injustice the Palestinians suffer should cause any follower of Christ to question ANYTHING that does not support peace for ALL in GOD"S Holy land. After all we, each, have been born a baby just a baby, in the likeness of God, each one loved and wanted by the Almighty.

Guess that would depend on one's social conscious or how one has been conditioned to view these crimes against humanity. In my book, Rawanda and Armenia are both horrible atrocities and are genocide. Word play is a powerful tool used to shape opinions and/or desensitize events. Writers and Media usually have their own lexicons from which to draw, Pro-Israel people will say 'disputed territories' and pro-peace. Palestinian rights activist will say 'occupied territories'. Another good example is the 'Apartied wall' vs. the 'seperation barrier'.

I am one of those Christian who isn't a Zionist. Palestine belongs to the Palestinians. Yes, Palestinians have suffered under the Zionist. Incidentally, many Jews aren't Zionist either.

I was the most efficient, well planned genocide in history. There was a well thought plan to exterminate the Tutsis. Moderate Hutus were also slaughtered. Many books cover the Rwandan tragedy.

The Arab Muslim marauders and their government sponsors do not yet seem intent on exterminating every last African Muslim in their midst. But they do seem determined to wipe out black life in the region. The only difference between Rwanda and Darfur, said Mukesh Kapila, the former United Nations' humanitarian coordinator for Sudan, ''is the numbers of dead, murdered, tortured, raped.''

When Islam started grwoing and was at its height of Power after Romes fall until recently growing stronger even than then.

The Muslim warriors always killed evryone in a village or if you would like to call villages race or group of people.

Because they were considered idolators. The quran commands that you seek them out and kill them relentlessly.

Here is an interesting link for you.

http://theproblemwithmostarabmuslims.blogspot.com/2006/04/arab-racism-arabism-arabization.html

Arab Muslims
Not every single Arab is a born racist [admire courageous Arabs that stand up against it, such as many Arab Christians] nor is every single Muslim an Islamofacsist Jihadist [salute the few brave that speak up]. However, due to their current twisted upbringing the racism in the Arab world & Jihad or Jihad-apologetics are a problem in their mainstream not just in the fringes or merely "pockets" of "extremists".
Hence: Arab Racism & Islamic Jihad is The 'Guilt of Most Arab Muslims'.

Why do you think Palestine should even be called palestine. Or Palestinians Palestinians for tha matter??
Because Romans took the Jews land away and decided to call it Palestine??

The name and the borders of what is currently called Palestine have varied throughout history.
Ancient Egyptian texts called the entire Levantine coastal area along the Mediterranean Sea between modern Egypt and Turkey R-t-n-u (conventionally Retjenu). Retjenu was subdivided into three regions and the southern region, Djahy, shared approximately the same boundaries as Canaan, or modern-day Israel and the Palestinian territories.
During the Iron Age, the Kingdom of Israel of the United Monarchy may have reigned from Jerusalem over an area approximating modern-day Israel and the Palestinian territories, extending farther westward and northward to cover much (but not all) of the greater Land of Israel, although archaeological evidence for this period is very rare and disputed.[1][2]
Although the Philistines had cities and occupied parts of the coast, and the term "Palestine" derives from the word Philistine, the area was not called Palestine until the Romans finally defeated the Jews of Judea and sought to wipe out all reference to the Jewish claim to the land.
