i am not very familiar with the christian hip-hop scence. however, i am a christian rapper myself. (I don't think I am yet allowed to post links on threads so I won't, but you can click the little speaker next to my name, and hopefully it will take you to where one of my rap songs are). I think hip-hop is an excellent way of getting the message out, because it is very preachy and in-your-face at the same time that it is "softened" by the rhyming and the music. Very powerful!

Christian hip hop is an excellent alternative for those of us who don't want to listen to the language, etc. of most hip hop music today. I really appreciate all the Christian rappers out there. I listen to Toby Mac some, but I don't really know of any other ones. I'm just getting into this hip hop thing.

I'm a music lover, and I'm down for any type music if its cool and "tight" to listen to.
But HEY, anyone who hasn't heard the song "To Da River" by T-Bone, Montell Jordan, and Zane....GO CHECK IT OUT. It's on the "Fighting Temptations" movie. But hey.....
