Ehh looks like long dead vaporware, it was posted in 2000 and he was asking for investors . He obviously dropped it when he didnt get any investors. Ive seen that many times, someone will put up a website on a free web host, ask for investors for an idea and then that is the last you see of the project beyond the free website space that seems to never vapor itself.
