I recently saw Steven Curtis Chapman, Casting Crowns, and Chris Tomlin in concert. I like all of the artists, but Chris Tomlin was leading worship. It was a awesome experience! I bought his newest CD and would suggest everyone get it! Does anyone know of any other worship leaders that would fit into this category of worship?

If you like Chris Tomlin you will probably like others such as David Crowder, Charlie Hall, Matt Redman, and Tim Hughes. Those are most similar to his style of worship. I recommend picking up the Passion '05 CD, "How Great is Our God". It's got stuff from all of those artists! It's great!

Wow. I thought I was on the cutting edge of modern worship music. I think David Crowder is the closest thing to the "perfect worship leader" there is.

So, when did Phillips Craig & Dean slip into this category?!?!?

Seeing that name along-side of Tomlin, Crowder, Hall, and Redman caused me some serious mental trauma...

No, you didn't do anything "wrong", but, the OP was asking for other worship leaders like Tomlin that "fit into this category of worship", not what bands we like...

I recently saw the All Things New Tour here in Springfield, Missouri with Steven Curtis Chapman, Casting Crowns, and Chris Tomlin. By far Chris Tomlin was my favorite. When the whole crowd began singing praise and worship together, and the bleachers were swaying back and forth, you could really feel the spirit moving through the auditorium. His songs can touch you at such a deep level. I love his music!!!!

I got to see the same concert in November It was a great concert! I thought Chris Tomlin and Casting Crowns were BETTER than Chapman
