that your spirit, will speak through your heart
and really listen, through your ears, when, you meet up with, your friend....tears, are good!
(((hug))) is good!
Is it not what friends are for ...
To ask about the 'good times' and how privileged we are
to spend 'time' with a 'really good
person'
Those 'tears' of Mirth, and utter Joy that we wept so freely
when, that person had, so, spontaneously 'touched our hearts'
again, with 'happiness' and 'heartfelt joy'
Those 'moments in time' _were the giving and receiving of the gift of Love
and we thank them, [with, or without] saying _with a
'touch', from our 'soul'
followed by,
'hugs' then sent,everlastingly'
We can, close our eyes and 'be' with them
for each of those 'moments' _just whenever, we 'need-to'
Grief and sorrow can take a while for one to deal with
It can completely swamp the mourner's ability to cope
with the daily things, that mount up, with even, the slightest inattention
~bills, lack of nourishment, laundry, lack of sleep, inadvertent sloth
Causing consequent 'stress'
as these become regurgitated in the waking hours
Anxiety-moments
each time, these 'mountains' of 'culpable neglect'
leap-up, for-attention _like; unexpected 'Jack-in-the-Box'es
Stuff, that perhaps, the other once dealt with
It's those matters
those, that ..."don't matter at this time"
that really, also need attention
Down the road, are the consequences of that inattention, to 'other things'
My thoughts and prayers are with you Sis'
