I was able to find the info but CF wouldn't allow the link through. Yes it is a sad thing but this is how they make their money. By inventing and marketing newer and "better" versions of themself. Good luck with this.

Many, is the occasion [here in CF]
when I have read, of members who bemoan/ are wishing that they too
could post photos /graphics to the forums as others do...
As if the ability, to do so, was enshrouded in deep mystery ?

It is EASY to find a graphic online somewhere, to copy it's url
[from it's properties page] and paste it into our messages
But to create and publish your very own graphics, would indeed
be so much more-pleasureable and of-course creative



Let me shine a light upon the darkness, of those who believe
that they will never accomplish this themselves,

With a just few 'exercises', in confidence building
they CAN, oh so easily, do themselves

Later, we can explore, the processes [together]
that will enable them to create their own graphics
[again so very easily] and to post them confidently
