So happy to hear that TomI just want to say hello and wish everyone a great week. My wife and I are getting ready to visit the gym. As it turns out, I think it's doing us a world of good and both of us are feeling better and stronger.

It is a glorious warm, sunny, day here; we went out for lunch, did errands, then had a lovely walk.
All my windows are open and I needed to wear shorts to walk
