I am glad you re-posted the medical update in this NEW thread, and so happy to hear about your pension issue being resolvedTrying again
Good afternoon everyone
I had my follow-up examination at the hospital this-morning
My ECG trace showed very little sign, of, my heart-failure
The heart specialist, is very confused, by the reasons for it
and told me that he is arranging for me to have my heart scanned in MRI
at a South Manchester Hospital [Wythenshawe... many miles away]
It being the nearest hospital, with such facilities
I have been told to make an appointment with my doctor re: meds
My Ramipril is being upitrated... from 2.5 mg... to 3.75mg
and to ask my doctor, re: 'transport' to and from the hospital
It would seem that my meds have 'taken control'
and are now inhibiting the usual means of acquiring a diagnosis
The MRI will provide a 3 Dimensional image of my heart 'functioning'
and make a more thorough analysis possible
We arrived home from the hospital, with wet feet and trouser bottoms
as it is raining almost non-stop here
The leaves on trees and bushes are still 'green' at the moment
dave
Yes Shirley Sis'...
on the surface, this would seem to carry good tidings
However, my symptoms have possibly serious causal origins
and to treat those causes, requires, some -indication, of what these are
The MRI scan, will provide a much better 'picture' than the sonogram
ie: 3 Dimensional images of my heart functioning
and enable treatment to be oriented specifically
as opposed to blanket treatment of symptoms that are maybe now hidden

My pension was NOT paid into the bank on Saturday as I had hoped
On the phone this afternoon, I discovered that the suspension of Housing Allowance
also meant, that my pension had been similarly suspended
while, whatever led to the to the suspension was investigated
Updating:
The Pensions Office, have promised
to release my payment TOMORROW... saying, that I SHOULD BE ABLE
to withdraw monies from an ATM, around lunchtime
and also, assured me
that my pension WOULD be available on MONDAYS, thereafter
and not, on SATURDAYS, as was my Pension Guarantee payments [previously]
Praise The Lord for His loving grace
your Bro'

I hope tomorrow goes better for youGlad your pension is straight, Bro. Dave. Hope the MRI goes well.
Hello, Gail and Shirley.
It's been a long day for me. My morning aide had to leave early and my other aide called off altogether, due to car trouble. So thankful I can still fend for myself if need be, even if it has left me a bit on the tired side. I can always call Nate in a pinch.
