Chicken Dance

Strange title for a screenplay, uh?

This is story about modern day submarine warfare ...

I got it from real life aboard a submarine 35 years ago ,,,

I was sitting in sonar (I was a sonarman for 7 years on subs)
when I said just out of the blue, "Hey, I'm going to write about this someday"

Of course everyone laughed ... but I've always been a man of my word ...
So here I go brave soul ...

The name "Chicken Dance" comes from the Russian Navy's idea of fun ...
Whever they hear a submarine on sonar, both sides just listen for tell, tell noises
subs make, because it's not like in the movies where
they ping all of the time. A ping would give away your position, but back to what the
Russians do when they hear one of our subs ...
They head straight for it ...
You can't tell the depth of the other sub just by listening ...
You can only tell your own depth ...

That's why they call it chicken dance ...
Sooner or later one of you has to move or pass over or under each other
or even hit each other.

So, thank you for your prayers ... If I told you the plot ...
You could write it yourself ...
So I'll keep that to myself ...

By the way how do you find a Christian agent and don't say do a search on google either ... tried that ... lol
