I just did this today myself - so I'm an expert!

At the bar at the top of the CF screen, click on User CP (for User Control Panel). Then click on Profile. At the top of the Profile screen is a place to change your email and password. It says in red, click here. Click there and the address change is on the right hand side.

Good luck and pm me if I've goofed on these instructions!
