This is possibly one of the lamest threads I've made. I definitely don't like to roll like this online, but oh well. It looks like I'm going to be shut in over the weekend. So as Merica's fourth of July rolls in, feel free to post your festivities here and share your celebrations of the land of the spree and home of the rave. And for you non-state side, kick rocks. I remember that I learned about boneless pizza last 4th of July

I watched the fireworks last year with my family from my grandmother's condo. Much better than going out to the community pool (the fireworks are displayed near there) and getting bit by mosquitoes (and getting pestered by people trying to sell you things).

When I was a kid in a small city up on northeast Iowa, we'd go to the country club on the night of July 4 and watch fireworks. That brings back memories. The summer was still young and no school.
