CF migration to 3 new web servers starting about now...

I'm expanding the CF network to 3 more new web servers... this should be transparent to users but there may be some slowing of the site. The 4th server is not ready but will be up soon.

Just letting people know! I will be busy doing this over the next few hours in the background...

Migration finally done! Good to see the latest version of php-cgi for FreeBSD fixes a few issues. We'll see how things go, especially during peak times.

I'm updating the ports in FreeBSD now to update the software on some of the other servers... may let it run overnight, taking a while...

Okay, I've decided to multitask our image and slave servers so they are also serving as web servers - currently we have a total of 6 web servers handling all web requests which should speed up CF a lot.

We will add the 7th web server once it is ready (and take down the old quad opteron which was doing it by itself before).

And for people who don't know, it's 2:09 am here... and I have to chair 2 services tomorrow and run an EGM at church!
