CF Conduct during the Sabbath Hours?

I have a bad habit of spending my Friday nights into the late hours reading through the Politics, Economics, and dare I say it, secular music sections. When I was younger still, I'd waste away all my at home Sabbaths in the Blessing Exchange section - playing forum games and the like. Of course, however, the people provide a Christian outlook on many of these things but I can't help but feel guilty. Can anyone define the various topics and such on this site the are "acceptable" for these hours?

Pretty much this.

It's not the specifics that matter as much as intent and whether or not you're taking advantage of the day for good.
