The Curse of Mrs. O'Leary's Cow is binding. The Bartman interference catch proves that! And remember a Cub error cemented that Cub defeat. Can you say "Cub flub?" Because I foresee a similar Cubby error as the decisive difference in this series as well. The Dodger will send millions of Cub fans into mourning. The mantra of "lovable losers" will float over Wrigley once again, even as the Dodgers gloat over their upcoming chance to muffle the war whoop of Chief Wahoo.

I'd like to see them go up against Cleveland. It wouldn't quite be the same as if they had gone up against Boston in 2003, but it'll have to do.

I don't think the Cubs will make it. They're down 2-1 in the series. The offense has totally dried up, and they still have to play their next two games on the road.

As a Giants fan, I'm stoked that the Cubs BAET LA, but I'm rooting for the Indians to take it all. They're the underdogs, they won nine fewer games than Chicago and have generally been a dark horse all season, and hey - they haven't won a World Series since 1948, so their drought's pretty big too. The hype surrounding the Cubs since late 2015 has been unbearable, I couldn't handle the bandwagon party if they won a Series this year. It just wouldn't end...
