it is true that prefolds are often bulkier and have trouble fitting with clothes
I would think so (I'm assuming a terry flat is basically the same thing as a prefold). Here is a site that shows several folds: http://www.thediaperhyena.com/diaper_folding101.htmok... but how exactly do the work? Do you fold them like a terry flat?
LOL! I know the feeling. I was So addicted when I was doing cloth full time. You ladies (ok, mostly angelsgirl) are making me all adventurous and excited about my nappies.
I just ordered a package of fancy cloth nappies which angelsgirl found online. They look exciting. One BumGenious, one Haute, and one Happy Heiny. Has anyone used these one size nappies? Do they really grow with the baby? I'm thinking it will be cheaper if we can get one size nappies which will grow with Matt.

ETA: I notice that a lot of these nappies are very colourful and have lots of different patterns. I am sticking to the white, but I ordered one red one (Matt wears a lot of red and navy). Which do you prefer? Bright, patterned nappies? Or traditional white?
