Ack! I typed a lot and lost it.

First, I won't click the link because I have no clue where it leads. Sorry to be suspicious but there's not enough context and I am not going to risk a virus.

But I love the CBC. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Especially Radio One. And music.cbc.ca - that's an incredible endeavour. Radio Two and Three (is Three even still around?) and the T.V. I am less passionate about. Although CBC comedy is world class.

Could it be better focused? Yes. Things like dropping Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are good moves. Could it be better managed? Odds are enormously yes.

sun news has perspective too. Its important to view all sides to an issue to accurately assess the "real" deal. I love the CBC too.

The CBC is fantastic. They fund the development of a lot of really great Canadian content that just wouldn't get off the ground without them, and they do a great job with covering news that's important to Canadians from coast-to-coast. Sun exists for no reason other than to appeal to a certain demographic's basest instincts and to rile anger certain other demographics in order to get people talking, not about real news, but about anything that will pay their bills.
