So is anybody watching this show? It's really quite entertaining, but in a very subtle way. Probably too subtle for it's own good though.

Well there hasn't been a caveman Geico, I know that much.

They should get back to basics and start writing quality commercials for the cavemen, because, let's face it; 20 minutes of them just doesn't work. Plus, the show isn't as deadpan as the commercials were. And please, ABC, if they offer you to make a show called Gecko, please pass on it.

Last night's episode wasn't that good at all.

They should get back to basics and start writing quality commercials for the cavemen, because, let's face it; 20 minutes of them just doesn't work. Plus, the show isn't as deadpan as the commercials were.

Even the commercials are hit and miss funny. Some are good, most aren't IMO.

I guess I'm in the minority.
I enjoy the show especially how they deal with fitting in society while staying true to being a caveman. To me, some of the points that the show touch on seems closely related struggles of african americans : voting, dating, employment, being mistaken for one that looks like you and being out in the world all reminded me of events I've either heard of , witness or experienced.
I must admit if you take this factor out or if they don't expand the plot some more then the show wouldn't be worth veiwing.
